Luxurious and Exclusive Amenities This hotel offers exclusive amenities, such as a Spa & Wellness Centre with a Sauna, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Body Scrub, Live Entertainment. the location is ideal, with beach access and a pool with a view. the Private Facilities are also an advantage, with a Restaurant, In-Room Breakfast, Poolside Snack Bar, Bar/Lounge Area, Coffee/Tea in Lobby.
Minor Issue with Service the only issue we encountered was one minor miscommunication with the service, but it was quickly resolved. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and we highly recommend it for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

The Newport Beach Marriott Bayview is a clean hotel. I really appreciated being close to a nearby restaurant and bars as well as the breathtaking bay due to its amazing and comfortable location. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view of the water. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic stay and can't wait to come back.

Great complementary drinks and helpful staff make for a pleasant stay. You're located right where you want to be, a short walk or drive from all the action. Plus, the bed is very comfortable.
Be warned that the parking can be a real hassle. Also, while the hotel is nice, it could use some updates to be more functional and aesthetically pleasing.
