Minor Issue with Service the only issue we encountered was one minor miscommunication with the service, but it was quickly resolved.
we had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and we highly recommend it for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

room was fabulous, i liked an easy location and motivated staff. the breakfast was inclusive; cheese, bacon, eggs, fresh fruit and hot waffles. reasonably large suite and cozy bed. the beach near the hotel was nice.

The Newport Beach Marriott Bayview is a clean hotel. I really appreciated being close to a nearby restaurant and bars as well as the breathtaking bay due to its amazing and comfortable location. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view of the water. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic stay and can't wait to come back.

Super trendy room with a killer view of the pier and a chill balcony to chill on. It's in a sweet spot, not too far from the main hangout area. the pool is amazing, and you can park right here. 🌴

Great complementary drinks and helpful staff make for a pleasant stay. You're located right where you want to be, a short walk or drive from all the action. Plus, the bed is very comfortable.
Be warned that the parking can be a real hassle.
Also, while the hotel is nice, it could use some updates to be more functional and aesthetically pleasing.
